Our Project Management key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the work breakdown structure is defined and understood by the customer.
  • Providing a clear and concise time schedule, with key milestones included.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the project’s progress to all stakeholders.
  • Managing all supply chain contributors, internal and external.
  • Assessing risk and managing issues as they arise.
  • Communicating proactively and regularly with our customer.
