Our Project Management key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the work breakdown structure is defined and understood by the customer.
- Providing a clear and concise time schedule, with key milestones included.
- Monitoring and reporting on the project’s progress to all stakeholders.
- Managing all supply chain contributors, internal and external.
- Assessing risk and managing issues as they arise.
- Communicating proactively and regularly with our customer.
