Upon notification from the Project Manager a customer proposal has been given sign off, the Sewtec 'Design and Build' phase can commence.
This vigorous and detailed process includes the creation of mechanical (using Autodesk Inventor 3D), electrical (using AutoCAD Electrical) and controls system designs, as well as the detailed drawings required for manufacturing, performance calculations and CE marking risk assessment.
All CNC machining and fabrication is performed in-house, with our trusted suppliers fulfilling on specialist tasks and capacity management, or through the provision of any bought-out items required for the system build.
Machines are assembled complete with electrical panel build and PLC programming, before their delivery to the customer site for installation, commissioning, and integration with existing systems. Operational training is then conducted for each system installed.
