Sewtec Automation Open Day Success

The open day was a chance for us to demonstrate our automation credentials, our level of expertise and to showcase our state-of-the-art facilities. We also invited some of our key suppliers along with whom we collaborate with to create our automation solutions.

The day kicked off with an introduction and brief overview of Sewtec and the wonderful team responsible for turning your automation ideas into reality, followed by a guided tour of our impressive 75,000 square foot facility. 

This tour was an opportunity for us to demonstrate our full and broad range of capabilities, showcasing the scope we have to invent industrial automation systems. We were not only able to show our machines in action, but also our wider capabilities such as obsolescence management, track and trace systems and control system upgrades.

Alongside the guided tour, we also offered our visitors introductions to some of our key suppliers exhibiting throughout the site – some of which we are proud to have been working with for 20+ years. The presence of our credible suppliers allowed us to showcase just how much scope we have available to us to create bespoke solutions to solve any business’s problem.

The latter half of the open day saw refreshments served in our canteen and a chance for visitors to network with one another, or sit down for pre-booked discussions with key members of the Sewtec team about any future bespoke projects.

This open day gave our customers direct access to these suppliers, allowing them to demonstrate their technology and products and allowing Sewtec to demonstrate how these strong relationships will benefit customers when providing solutions utilising these technologies and products.”
